As a user, I want the ability to A/B test my text message.

As a user I want to send RCS messages.

As a user, I want the ability to capture reviews from my contacts from Broadcasts, Triggers, integrations, and Campaigns.

As a customer I want to select many broadcast, campaigns or triggers and export the reports

As a customer, I want to be able to use the same message for different organizations I own.

The customer has requested the ability to use voice cloning for voicemails. Currently, the text-to-speech voices are not perceived as natural enough, and they would like the option to clone a real human voice to improve personalization and engagement.

We do 10 broadcasts per day, and it would be cool if we could either submit a CSV to schedule them in bulk, or if there were a more grid-style input where we could go through and schedule everything at once. Would save us some time and effort.

As a user, I want the ability to send out surveys to contacts.

I want the ability to search Broadcasts.
