💡 Feature Requests

Currently, accounts can only have one custom short URL domain. Many businesses manage multiple brands, products, campaigns, or clients under a single account and need the ability to use different branded short URLs for each. Requested enhancement: Allow customers to add and manage multiple custom short URL domains within the same account.

As a user I want to process my call list via Ringless, any failed ringless I want to process as Voice. Currently, I have to pull a report and create a new broadcast for the voice, but if there was logic available in the Campaign interrupts I could do a single campaign flow that processes both the ringless and the voice.

Call Loop would ask the customer essential questions about the campaign they want to build, and it would use Call Loop tools to create the sequence with an AI voice for calling tools

When a campaign is disabled, messages that were already scheduled still get sent. Customers want the ability to stop all future messages right away when they disable a campaign. This avoids sending anything by accident.

As a user I want the ability to remove someone from a campaign.

As a user, I want the ability to add more messages in my campaign and have my contacts who are already enrolled get them.

Add action to Zapier to enroll contacts into a Campaign.
