Auto-Retry for failed deliveries with a setting for X number of retry attempts Y minutes apart.
This will help in cases when a voicemail service is currently busy with another person leaving a message and Call Loop dials in and cannot detect it. Retrying right away makes little sense, but in a few minutes, it will be helpful.
Example: 3 retries 5 minutes apart and all 3 are failed, then the customer would feel ok dropping the effort to reach that number altogether.
