The request is for an AI layer that classifies inbound SMS/voice replies in natural language, then automatically responds with contextually appropriate copy or triggers an opt-out. Handling edge cases like ambiguous questions, objections, and intent signals that keyword triggers miss entirely.

Call Loop would ask the customer essential questions about the campaign they want to build, and it would use Call Loop tools to create the sequence with an AI voice for calling tools

Managing audio files and broadcasts can get difficult as accounts grow. Right now: * There’s no way to organize audio files or broadcasts (no folders or structure) * The search/filter only works as exact match, making it hard to find files quickly * Users end up scrolling through long lists or even deleting old content to stay organized It would be really helpful to have: * Folders or grouping for audio files and broadcasts * Improved search (contains / partial match) * Better overall organization tools This would make campaign setup much faster and improve usability, especially for high-volume users. 🚀

I want the ability to use the Call Loop API.

Auto-Retry for failed deliveries with a setting for X number of retry attempts Y minutes apart. This will help in cases when a voicemail service is currently busy with another person leaving a message and Call Loop dials in and cannot detect it. Retrying right away makes little sense, but in a few minutes, it will be helpful. Example: 3 retries 5 minutes apart and all 3 are failed, then the customer would feel ok dropping the effort to reach that number altogether.

please allow key word search in all inbox msgs.

As a customer, I want voice broadcast to have a second option to play a recording after the recipient presses a number instead of transferring the call.

As a customer, I want to export all the Clicks for a single broadcast. It seems the clicks attribute is connected to the contact, not to the broadcast.

As a customer, when I customize my list view, such as changing or rearranging columns, I want those settings to be saved. That way, when I leave the page and come back, my view stays exactly the same. Additionally, I’d like the option to filter custom fields in alphabetical order for easier browsing.
