As a customer of CL we use Voice broadcast and voicemail drops. We only have 3 agents taking calls
these calls take approximately 15 min each
if they are on a call, we don't want to have too many missed calls
yesterday, we tested it with 2 agents, and they both were on a call pretty much right away, so the amount of calls going out is too fast for our team. I'd like to control the speed of the broadcast or pause every 10 minutes or so.
We can always pause but we want to set automatic campaigns so we do not have to monitor this 24/7
