The customer wants to have more than one option for their audience to press 1, 2, or 3, and give them different options other than transfer to another phone. The ability to assign custom actions to keypress options during voice broadcasts, such as sending an SMS or email, or triggering a webhook, instead of only allowing call transfers. This would enable more flexible automated interactions based on customer input.
