Quiet Hours and Contact Timezone

Two new features, one big impact: your messages now reach every contact at a reasonable hour in their own timezone.

What's New
🌙
Quiet Hours
When Quiet Hours is on, Call Loop only delivers messages between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in each contact's local time. Messages scheduled or triggered outside that window aren't canceled. They're held and sent automatically when the window opens. Test messages are exempt.
🌎
Contact Timezone
You can now schedule broadcasts based on each contact's local time instead of your account's timezone. A broadcast set for 10:00 AM reaches New York contacts at 10:00 AM Eastern and Los Angeles contacts at 10:00 AM Pacific. Call Loop sets each contact's timezone from their phone number's area code, and you can edit it on the contact.
✅
Why It Matters
Contact Timezone helps you pick the right time, and Quiet Hours stops messages from going out at the wrong time. Together they mean no more late-night texts, better engagement, fewer opt-outs, and no manual timezone math.
