Segments

Segmentation is crucial to filter and segment specific messages to your contacts. With our new Segments feature, you can now segment your contacts automatically to dial in your messaging even more.

Just setup your filters using AND / OR and Create Segment. From here you can use this segment to send Broadcasts and soon enroll in Campaigns.

Your segments are "dynamically" updated with the contacts that meet the criteria you setup.

When sending a Broadcast, you'll be able to select your Segment to send your message.
