Short Call Penalty for Voice Broadcasts
We’ve introduced a new safeguard for Voice Broadcast recordings to help ensure high-quality messages and transparent credit usage.
🆕 What’s New
- If a Voice Broadcast recording is 7 seconds or less, credits will be deducted as follows:
- 1 credit for the send
- + 0.25 credits as a penalty for the short recording
- This rule applies only to Voice Broadcasts. Ringless Voicemail is not affected.

- Encourages clear, complete messages that give recipients enough time to hear your offer.
- Provides transparency into how credits are deducted for ultra-short broadcasts.
- Helps you get better engagement and results from every broadcast.
