Some of our members have picked up the phone on the first ring and heard silence. Then they called us asking why we called. We’d like to see the system play the voicemail recording when they pick up the phone instead of silence.

as a customer using RVM, I want to decide what defines a successful RVM. Option 1: Show success in reporting when the contact's phone rings but doesn't drop a voicemail. Option 2: Show success in reporting when the contact's phone only drops a voicemail successfully

As a user, I'd like the ability to show my company name as the caller ID for my ringless voicemails.
