As a customer I want to select many broadcast, campaigns or triggers and export the reports

As a user, I want the ability to A/B test my text message.

As a user I want the ability to send out appointment reminders easily.

As a customer of CL we use Voice broadcast and voicemail drops. We only have 3 agents taking calls these calls take approximately 15 min each if they are on a call, we don't want to have too many missed calls yesterday, we tested it with 2 agents, and they both were on a call pretty much right away, so the amount of calls going out is too fast for our team. I'd like to control the speed of the broadcast or pause every 10 minutes or so. We can always pause but we want to set automatic campaigns so we do not have to monitor this 24/7

As a user, I want the ability to capture reviews from my contacts from Broadcasts, Triggers, integrations, and Campaigns.

I want the ability to search Broadcasts.

This has been around for at least 6 years and would be an upgrade to the SMS and MMS so customers know when a message is read and more

As a user I want to select a list to EXCLUDE my list.

As a user, I want the ability to send an SMS text-to-win campaign to my contacts.
