As a customer I want to make sure my SMS messages don't get filtered by the carriers becasue my message doe snot fit the guidelines. I would like to see a feature to implement a filtering system for SMS messages that allows customers to audit messages deemed suspicious. This feature aims to enhance message security and provide users with the ability to review potentially harmful content. Approved Criteria Implement a filtering mechanism for SMS messages based on predefined criteria. Provide an option for users to audit filtered messages. Ensure that legitimate messages are not incorrectly flagged as suspicious.

As a customer, we feel our contacts will think the new Call Loop shortened link will seem like a spammy link

The user would like a feature where, when someone replies, they can easily identify which message the recipient is replying to. This would allow for better and more informed responses.

The user would like to know if it’s possible to see which links recipients clicked on within a message.

I want the ability to use my own Custom Domain as a short URL for text messages.

As a customer, when someone replies to one of our SMS or MMS, I want to get an email with the name of the Broadcast, Campaign, or Trigger. Also, all the default contact info of the person who replied and the actual message they sent.

As a user, I want the ability to convert my SMS into an MMS without adding media.

Our customer sends out a SMS broadcast to 500 contacts. 20 of them reply. Customer is asking for us to have an autoreply saying something like Sorry, we don't check these messages. As a user, I want the ability to automatically shorten my links when I send out an SMS from my HubSpot workflow.

I want the ability to send to only Valid contact phone numbers (mobile, voip, etc) and skip the Invalid numbers for my Broadcasts, Triggers, and Campaigns.
